Cancellation and Refund policy

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made as per hotel’s cancellation policy. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the booking has started or hotel is non refundable. Hotelord does not accept cancellation for non refundable hotels/flights. However, the refund can be made for refundable hotel bookings only before start of cancellation date and time. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.In case of complaints regarding the hotel/flight. Contact hotel/ airline directly. In case of any refunds approved by Hotelord, it will take 30 days for the refund to he processed to you.
